Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor food preparation and service to maintain quality standards.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and consistent dining experience.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory to maximize profitability.
• Implement cost-control measures for food, beverage, and labor.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the food and beverage industry
• Excellent customer satisfaction and customer service skills
• Ability to hire and train staff
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and practices
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
