PAYROLL SOLUTIONS MANAGER
The Payroll Solutions Manager supports the Payroll Product Head in executing the comprehensive implementation of BPI’s payroll product for corporate clients. This role focuses on coordinating with Corporate Payroll Clients, Partner Branches, Relationship Management teams and Internal Units to ensure a smooth and compliant transition to BPI’s payroll services.
Acting as an essential link in the implementation process, the Payroll Solutions Officer takes ownership of detailed tasks in order to meet the high standards set by BPI.
Additionally, Payroll Solutions Officers may be called upon to manage certain product management aspects of other disbursement products within the team, leveraging their expertise in implementation to contribute to the broader initiatives set forth by i BPI’s Transaction Banking Division.
Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks and processes assigned by the Payroll Product Head, ensuring each is completed accurately, timely, and in line with BPI’s standards.
- Coordinate with internal partner units to confirm alignment on requirements and timelines, ensuring smooth execution of each implementation phase.
- Track account opening statuses, providing regular updates to the Payroll Product Manager, and proactively addressing any delays or issues that may impact the implementation timeline.
- Serve as a contact point with corporate HR teams as needed, coordinating closely with the Payroll Product Head to address specific implementation questions and requirements.
- Engage directly with employees of corporate clients when necessary to assist with payroll-related inquiries, resolve setup issues, and support a positive onboarding experience within the scope of implementation.
- Collect data for reporting, tracking key implementation metrics, and preparing detailed progress reports for the Payroll Product Head and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to each client’s implementation, ensuring all records meet compliance standards and are accessible for reference throughout the client’s relationship with BPI.
- Conduct follow-up check-ins with existing payroll clients to monitor satisfaction, address minor issues, and gather feedback to support continuous improvement efforts for the payroll product.
- Assist the Payroll Product Head in reviewing and refining existing implementation processes, documentation, and templates to streamline future implementations and improve efficiency.
- Lead internal refresher training sessions on payroll product features and implementation processes, ensuring the Sales, Client Servicing, and Support teams remain informed and capable of assisting clients as needed. [L2 Function]
- Develop and update client-facing resources, such as user guides, instructional sheets, and video tutorials, to enhance client understanding of the payroll product’s functionality and improve usage. [L2 Function]
- Conducts periodic review of the payroll product features and processes as directed by the Payroll Solutions Manager and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational alignment with internal guidelines.[L2 Function]
- Serve as an escalation point for customer support inquiries related to payroll product usage, troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating with the Payroll Solutions Manager to resolve advanced client concerns.[L2 Funtion]
- Manage assigned tasks related to other disbursement products within the team, taking responsibility for specific product management functions as directed by the Payroll Product Head, to enhance the Disbursement team’s overall service offering
