Brand manager
A well-established retail fashion company is looking for a Brand Manager who will lead brand strategy, market positioning, customer engagement, and business growth initiatives.
The role will serve as the key driver of the brand’s overall direction, ensuring consistency across product, marketing, customer experience, sales performance, and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that strengthen market positioning and support business objectives. The role will oversee brand planning calendars, marketing initiatives, product mix, pricing, promotions, and advertising activities.
This position will work closely with different departments to ensure that brand initiatives are aligned, properly executed, and supportive of sales, profitability, and cost control targets.
The Brand Manager will also monitor market trends, customer behavior, sales performance, sell-through, stock levels, and marketing activities to provide sound business recommendations. The role will help identify opportunities for brand growth, customer engagement, and possible expansion into new areas or territories.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in retail, apparel, fashion, or consumer lifestyle brands
- Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies that support business growth
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, competitive analysis, pricing, and merchandising
- Experience in handling marketing campaigns, social media, influencers, partnerships, advertising, and other brand engagement initiatives
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Creative mindset, strong business sense, and keen eye for fashion, product, and customer experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
