• Position Overview

We are looking for experienced US Mortgage professionals to join our growing team in Alabang. If you have strong knowledge in US Mortgage processes and proven customer interaction skills, this is your chance to take your career to the next level!

• Preferably college graduates, but undergraduates are welcome with proven US Mortgage experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling US Mortgage accounts (BPO/outsourcing or related field).
• Preferably with prior Originations Processing experience (Purchase and/or Refinance).
• Open to candidates with background as Mortgage Associates, Processors, or Customer Service Representatives (Originations, Servicing, Default, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite (Alabang Town Center, 3F BPO Seats/Metro Department Store).
• Night shift schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday (Fixed weekends off).
• Compensation & Benefits
• Basic Salary: Php 28,000 – 35,000
• Standard Allowance: Php 5,500
• Sign-On Bonus: Php 25,000
• Attendance Bonus: Php 2,000
