What you will do:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Implement compensation and benefits programs that support retention and motivation
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support performance management and career development initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting
What we need:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in Human Resources
- Strong background in personnel administration and HR operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
