Position Overview:

The HR Personnel is responsible for handling the day-to-day human resources functions of the cleaning services company, particularly recruitment, employee relations, and manpower deployment. The role ensures that qualified cleaning personnel are hired and deployed on time to meet client requirements.

The HR Personnel works closely with Operations to monitor attendance, address employee

concerns, and maintain workforce stability across different client sites. The position also ensures compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations under the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), including proper documentation and administration of government-mandated benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Deployment
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for cleaners, team leaders, and office staff.
  • Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, and background checks.
  • Process pre-employment requirements (e.g.,NBI, Baranagy clearance, Valid IDs)
  • Coordinate deployment of cleaners to operations
  • Maintain manpower pooling and ensure timely staffing for priority areas
  1. Employee Relations
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary
matters.
  • Conduct administrative investigations and issue notices (NTEs, memos, etc.).
  • Assist in implementing company code of conduct and policies.
  • Support engagement activities to improve retention of deployed personnel.
  1. Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Coordinate attendance, timekeeping, and cut-off schedules with operations.
  • Validate payroll inputs including overtime, holiday pay, and night differential.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Assist employees with government benefit concerns and loan applications.
  1. Compliance & Labor Relations
  • Ensure compliance with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations.
  • Maintain 201 files and employee records in accordance with Philippine labor laws.
  • Assist in handling DOLE-related inspections and documentation.
  • Support contract management for project-based and fixed-term employees.
  1. Training & Development
  • Coordinate onboarding and company orientation for newly hired cleaners.
  • Facilitate basic training on workplace conduct, safety, and client service standards.
  • Monitor performance evaluations and regularization processes.
  1. HR Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain updated manpower database and deployment tracker.
  • Prepare HR reports (attrition, incidents, absenteeism).
  • Assist in policy review and updates aligned with operational needs.
