As our Sales & Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales and customer service teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring the team meets performance goals while maintaining a positive and customer-focused work environment.
