Pest Control Account | Customer Service Representative - Cebu Site
You will work closely with field technicians to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve customer concerns, and maintain high satisfaction levels. This position requires a customer-centric approach, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing service requests, and following up to ensure complete resolution of pest-related issues. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and capable of handling customer complaints professionally.You will also assist in educating customers on preventive measures and promoting additional services as needed. Success in this role is measured by customer feedback, service efficiency, and your ability to contribute to a positive brand experience.
This is an onsite role (WOSA - Work On-Site Arrangement) in Cebu, offering opportunities for growth within the pest control industry. Training will be provided on pest identification, treatment protocols, and company policies. Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
- Willing to work on-site (WOSA) in Cebu
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (clear and professional)
- Customer service experience preferred (BPO, retail, hospitality, or related fields)
- Willingness to learn about pest control services (training provided)
