Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced GHL Expert to build, implement, and manage our GoHighLevel CRM platform. This role spans website development, sales funnel creation, automation workflow setup, and the full configuration of outbound and inbound lead generation systems.

The ideal candidate takes genuine initiative, can own the complete GHL ecosystem end to end, and ensures every component runs effectively from launch through ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and configure a GoHighLevel CRM instance from the ground up, including website structure, funnels, and all landing pages
  • Design and implement automation workflows to power both outbound and inbound lead generation
  • Develop and continuously improve sales funnels that guide prospects toward confirmed meeting bookings
  • Create email and SMS sequences for lead nurturing, follow-up, and re-engagement
  • Incorporate LinkedIn outreach processes into the broader GHL workflow architecture
  • Configure appointment booking systems and integrate all relevant calendar tools
  • Provide ongoing platform maintenance and promptly resolve technical issues within GHL
  • Build the completed GHL environment as a replicable blueprint suitable for additional business instances
  • Surface practical recommendations for simplifying and optimizing existing content and processes within GHL

Mandatory Skills:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience building and managing GoHighLevel CRM environments from scratch
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GHL features including funnels, automation workflows, pipelines, and booking systems
  • Experience designing and implementing outbound and inbound lead generation systems within GHL
  • Proficiency in creating websites, landing pages, and high-converting sales funnels inside GoHighLevel
  • A clear understanding of email and SMS marketing automation sequence design
  • Ability to connect and integrate third-party tools and platforms with GHL
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable delivering quality work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style suited to working directly with a business owner

Preferred Skills:

  • Working familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies and supporting tools
  • Experience with Apollo or comparable data enrichment and prospecting platforms
  • Background in building CRM systems for B2B consulting or professional services businesses
  • Knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimization for websites built inside GoHighLevel
  • Ability to build SOPs and document recurring processes in a clear and usable format
  • Experience managing multiple GHL sub-accounts or creating and deploying GHL snapshots
