Talent Acquisition Assistant

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will play an important role in sourcing candidates, managing requisitions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

• Receive aligned requisitions from the TA Supervisor and post them in the ATS.
• Organize and execute the sourcing process, including pre-selection and initial interviews, to identify suitable candidates.
• Ensure the publication of vacant positions through proper communication channels such as company landing page, external job boards, universities, and internal platforms (ATS).
• Guarantee that candidates comply with all required steps, tests, technical requirements, and other aspects necessary for the role.
• Maintain a minimum pool of qualified candidates for assigned profiles.
• Receive, process, and manage candidate documentation.
• Communicate updates on requisitions to the TA Supervisor on a timely basis.
• Supervise candidate progress throughout the recruitment process, ensuring smooth completion of each stage.
• Provide professional and respectful feedback to non-selected candidates.
• Support the standardization of reporting and analysis by ensuring accurate data integrity in the ATS.
• Maintain and update the candidate database regularly for accuracy and completeness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field (open to fresh graduates).
• No prior experience required; must be trainable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage but not required.
