Talent Acquisition Associate

The Talent Acquisition Associate plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role supports the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and facilitating hiring processes.
The associate collaborates closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth and strategic talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Schedule and facilitate interviews and candidate assessments
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment data
- Assist with onboarding processes and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools is a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
