Purchasing Officer - Importation

Job Description:
- Process and monitor import purchase orders.
- Coordinate with foreign suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of imported goods.
- Prepare and maintain importation documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding inventory and delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- At least three (3 years) experience in purchasing, procurement, or importation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Work days: Monday to Friday
- Work location: Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
- Can start ASAP
