Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Specialist/Staff to manage, maintain, and support our company’s IT systems and infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring system security, and providing day-to-day technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and user-related concerns
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings
- Perform regular system backups and updates
- Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures
