What You’ll Be Doing

As our Sales Account Manager, you are the face of our brand to corporate giants, event planners, and high-net-worth individuals. Your mission is to fill our spaces with the right people at the right price.
  • Own the District: Scout and secure new corporate accounts within the thriving Taguig City
  • Relationship Architect: Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring we are their first choice for stays, gala dinners, and executive meetings.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales plans that outperform market trends. You’ll be tracking your success using the formula for RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room)
  • Collaborative Magic: Work closely with the F&B and Operations teams to ensure that what you sold on paper is delivered flawlessly in person.
  • Market Intel: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor movements and industry shifts in the Metro Manila scene.
Who You Are
  • The Professional: You have at least 3–5 years of experience in Sales, specifically within the Hotel or Restaurant industry.
  • The Connector: You have an existing rolodex of corporate contacts in Taguig and Makati.
  • The Negotiator: You can navigate complex contracts and pricing structures without breaking a sweat.
  • The Local Expert: You understand the unique pulse of Taguig City—from the corporate towers of High Street to the nightlife of Uptown.
  • The Communicator: Your English and Filipino skills are top-tier, whether you’re writing a formal proposal or hosting a site inspection.
