Job Description:

WORK FROM OFFICE - This is a Work-from-Office setup based in Angeles City

We are looking for experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) with a proven track record in outbound B2B sales to secure high-quality, sales-ready appointments for our Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound B2B calling to SME decision-makers (cold, warm & targeted prospecting)
  • Qualifying opportunities across telco, hardware, AI, print, and security solutions
  • Identifying genuine commercial needs, authority, timing, and intent securing commitment and booking sales-ready appointments
  • Objection handling and progressing prospects to next steps
  • Maintaining CRM accuracy and appointment quality standards
  • Consistently achieving KPIs for appointments booked, show rates, and conversions

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as B2B appointment setter in the BPO industry or at least 2 years of B2B outbound cold-calling experience in a call center
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and/or telesales
  • Fluent in English with outstanding comprehension and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to adapt to various customer profiles and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
