Schedule: Morning shift ( 9:00AM - 6:00PM) Monday - Friday

About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team in Clark, Pampanga. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service. You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through phone, email, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues accurately and effectively.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM or ticketing system.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role.
- Experience in Technical Support is an advantage.
- Experience or familiarity with POS (Point-of-Sale) systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
