• What You’ll Be Doing
• Prepare accurate take-offs, BOQs, tenders, and quotes for construction projects
• Review and interpret detailed architectural and engineering drawings
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to source pricing and clarify project details
• Ensure compliance with Australian building codes and project specifications
• Manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously
• Maintain organized records of estimates, submissions, and project documentation
• Support internal teams with budgeting, pricing, and project forecasting

• At least 2 years of experience as a Construction Estimator within the Australian construction industry
• Solid understanding of concrete works, foundations, basements, and excavation processes
• Excellent communication skills and confident in asking questions to clarify scope and details
• Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
• Advanced Excel skills; AUTOCAD knowledge is a plus
• Able to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines
