Job Description

Position Title: Operation Assistant Manager

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily production activities for agricultural equipment manufacturing.
• Supervise production teams and ensure tasks are executed according to standards and deadlines.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensure that all production processes meet safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Help develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure materials and parts are available as needed.
• Maintain accurate production reports, inventories, and records for management review.
• Support in workforce management including attendance, performance evaluations, and training of production staff.
• Ensure proper implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all production lines.
• Address and resolve operational issues and escalate major concerns to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year program) in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, or construction-related roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and resource.
