About the role
Join our growing team as a Sales Staff at ELEXHUB Batangas City Branch, a dynamic STEM Electronics retail company in Batangas City . In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
What you'll be doing- Assist customers with product selection and purchases
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Restock and replenish shelves as needed
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive shopping experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Must be physically fit to handle stock room tasks (ex. lifting 20kg boxes from stockroom to retail)
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Adaptability and the willingness to learn new tasks
- Good communication and team-working skills
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred
