Customer Service (Voice & Non-Voice): Provide excellent customer support via phone calls, email, live chat, and messaging platforms
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-upsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Sales & Lead Conversion: Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and proactively promote products or services
Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed sales through consultative selling techniquesMeet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Webinar Sales & Engagement: Host or co-host sales-focused webinars, virtual demos, or online presentations
Present products or services clearly and confidently to prospective customersEngage participants during webinars by answering questions and addressing objections
Follow up with webinar attendees to close sales and nurture leads
Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align webinar content and sales strategies
Track customer data, webinar attendance, and sales performance using CRM toolsPrepare basic sales and customer service reports
Qualifications/Requirements
>Strong communication skills (voice & non-voice: calls, email, chat, messaging platforms)
>Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage>Confident in identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into customers
>Comfortable presenting and engaging clients through webinars or virtual demos
>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to use CRM tools or willing to learn quickly
