Safety Building Officer

Just Right Healthcare Inc. is in search of a reliable and proactive Safety Building Officer to ensure workplace and facility safety in compliance with health, safety, and building standards.

✅ Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field), Architecture, or Occupational Safety and Health (preferred)
• Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer (SO2 or higher) — advantage

Experience:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in building safety, maintenance, or facility management (preferred)
• Fresh graduates with relevant training/certification are encouraged to apply

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
• Familiar with building codes and preventive maintenance procedures
• Proficient in MS Office and report preparation

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Can work independently and with a team
• Responsible, proactive, and safety-conscious
