Accounts Payable and Cash Management Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Cash Management Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, including disbursements, tax compliance, cash management, and financial reconciliations. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely payments, and effective cash flow monitoring while supporting the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process local and international supplier payments, ensuring complete documentation and accurate recording.
• Prepare and process tax payments and statutory government contributions on time.
• Monitor bank balances and prepare weekly cash flow reports.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team and serve as backup to the Finance Manager when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in accounting software and financial systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
