Plant Manager

Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management or any related course
• At least 6 years of work experience as a Plant Production Manager
• Background in system management control: GMP, GHP, GLP, HACCP
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment and good leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations and ensure production goals, operational efficiency, and organizational objectives are achieved.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate plant personnel, including workforce planning, performance management, training, employee development, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop, review, implement, and maintain operational systems, policies, and procedures to support continuous improvement and compliance.
• Plan and monitor manpower allocation, production schedules, and operational activities to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
• Analyze production performance, plant capacity, quality metrics, and operational efficiency, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime, delays, and unnecessary costs.
• Ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of quality management and food safety systems in accordance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Purchasing and Supply Chain, to ensure efficient inventory, material availability, and demand planning.
• Provide guidance and oversight to quality assurance and quality control activities, including product evaluation, acceptance, rejection, and rework processes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations, environmental standards, health and safety requirements, and industry best practices.
• Support process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations and production systems.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
