Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management or any related course
At least 5 years of work experience as a Plant Production Manager
Background in system management control: GMP, GHP, GLP, HACCP
Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment and good leadership skills

Responsibilities

Plant Operations & Personnel Management

Supervises daily plant operations and monitors employee performance to ensure that organizational goals are met.

Policy & System Implementation

Develops, reviews, and enforces plant systems in alignment with established policies and procedures.

Supply Chain Coordination

Works closely with the Purchasing Team to manage supply and demand efficiently.

Quality Control Oversight

Provides guidance to the Quality Control team in managing product acceptance, rejections, and rework processes.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensures adherence to all government-mandated policies and regulations, including those related to plant operations, pollution control, and environmental standards.
