Senior Sales Manager - IT Services

Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on a defined target list of high-value accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior IT stakeholders
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams (solutioning, delivery, and talent) to deliver tailored client solutions
- Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, contributing to winning proposals
- Drive cross-selling initiatives and secure larger, transformational engagements
- Represent the organization in networking events and industry engagement
- Proven experience in consultative sales within IT services or strategy consulting environments
- Strong track record of acquiring new clients and growing solutions-based revenue
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and transformation initiatives
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates strong executive presence, communication skills, and a results-driven mindset
