Sales Associate

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities and qualify leads.
• Present and promote the Company's services and events in a professional, engaging, and consultative manner.
• Build rapport with potential clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and confidently guide prospects through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules using company systems.
• Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities and achieve sales targets.

• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive selling skills.
• Confident and professional phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage but not required.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
