Job Overview

The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and insights that support strategic planning and operational efficiency.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support business strategies and decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, marketing, finance, IT) to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Create and document data models, metrics, and KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting platforms.
• Support data-driven initiatives, including automation and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role (minimum of 3 years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of at least one programming language (Python or R preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
