Posted on 4 September 2025- Assist in the day-to-day support of the ERP system.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate data encoding and timely ERP updates.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate complex problems to the ERP Coordinator.
- Monitor data integrity and help ensure accuracy across all modules (Inventory, Sales, Accounting, etc.).
- Train end-users on basic ERP functions and procedures.
- Assist in testing system updates, patches, and new features.
- Prepare reports as needed from ERP data.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, ComScie, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience and knowledgeable with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic data reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
