Sales Consultants – UK & ANZ Markets (On-Site | Cebu) – Level up from VA pay—high base, uncapped commission, real earning power.

• UK Shift (Afternoon – Night) - Work in the afternoon and wrap up around 2:00 AM—giving you the freedom to enjoy a full night’s sleep and late mornings.
• ANZ Shift (Morning) - Prefer starting early? This is as good as it gets—pure morning shift, no graveyard hours.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience (B2C or B2B in publishing, media, real estate, insurance, telco, etc.)
• High-level confidence in selling over the phone to international clients
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable working with customers in the UK, ANZ, or US markets
• Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a team-player mindset
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City in midshift or graveyard shift schedules
• Proven experience in closing outbound high-ticket or B2C sales
• Comfortable working with quotas and meeting tight deadlines
• Skilled in handling objections and resolving challenges under pressure
