Responsibilities:

  • Safely keep complete documentation for all construction and maintenance transactions.
  • Assist in ensuring efficient completion of all construction projects in accordance with set timelines.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external parties regarding various construction concerns.
  • Assist in ensuring timely redemption of construction bonds for all completed projects.

Required Skills:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or a related field.
  • Knowledgeable in store and non-store maintenance admin work, and government requirements processing.
  • Proficient in written and oral communication in both English and Filipino.
  • Required skills: Negotiation, Organization, Project Management Assistance, and Coordination.
  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
