Responsibilities:
- Safely keep complete documentation for all construction and maintenance transactions.
- Assist in ensuring efficient completion of all construction projects in accordance with set timelines.
- Coordinate with other departments and external parties regarding various construction concerns.
- Assist in ensuring timely redemption of construction bonds for all completed projects.
Required Skills:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or a related field.
- Knowledgeable in store and non-store maintenance admin work, and government requirements processing.
