LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, executes delivery of Projects
• Demonstrate knowledge of all areas in construction
• Clear understanding of what owner/management wants to achieve
• Agreeing and keeping timescales,costs,resources needed to deliver the projects
• Selecting,leading and directing a multi-disciplinary team
• Project monitoring and reporting
• Overseeing several projects at the same time
• Negotiating with contractors and suppliers, as needed
• Organize logistics and delegate work

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Proven working experience in construction management or similar role
• Knowledge of building products; construction details relevant rules and regulation and quality standard
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent leadership skills w/ demonstrated ability to plan activities, solve conflict, manage crisis
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and keen to details
