Job Scope:

1. Initiates on-site supervision, progress monitoring, and coordination with the Project Management Team.
2. Performs Quality Assurance and Quality Checks for the assigned projects including sampling and testing for all construction concerns and the like; Prepares and submits progress reports, costs & quantity estimates, construction logbook, and other project management tools to the Project Manager.
3. Facilitates processing of legal and regulatory requirements which includes the Office of the Building Official, Department of Public Works & Highways, Bureau of Fire Protection, Electric Cooperatives, DENR, Philippine Coconut Authority, and other agencies for Building and Occupancy Permit requirements;
4. Ensures construction punch listings; Conducts meetings with contractors’ representatives and Price- wide opening team on construction progress-related reports especially before store openings;
5. Gathers or observes relocation surveys for lot acquisition;
6. Performs courtesy visits to local politicians; Facilitate sourcing of electrical supplies and staff houses for CPMD opening team if deemed necessary;
7. Performs any other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

No. of years of relevant work experience: at least 6 months of relevant work experience specializing in Construction Project Management, in the retail industry or similar duties.

Willing to travel.

• Bachelor's Degree on Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience .
