As part of its growth strategy, RWB Trucking is building a high-performing offshore team and is seeking experienced sales professionals who can drive business development and expand its client base internationally.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Professional to lead business development efforts focused on selling offshore services to US-based clients. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with a strong track record in closing deals, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with US-based clients (SMEs to mid-sized companies)
  • Promote and sell offshore services, including staffing, outsourcing, or managed services
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Work independently while collaborating with internal teams when needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in offshore services, outsourcing, or BPO industry
  • Proven track record in selling to US clients and closing deals
  • Strong English communication skills with neutral/minimal accent
  • Experience targeting small to mid-sized companies is highly preferred
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willing to work US business hours
  • Open to candidates located anywhere in the Philippines
