Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Professional to lead business development efforts focused on selling offshore services to US-based clients. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with a strong track record in closing deals, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with US-based clients (SMEs to mid-sized companies)
- Promote and sell offshore services, including staffing, outsourcing, or managed services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Work independently while collaborating with internal teams when needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in offshore services, outsourcing, or BPO industry
- Proven track record in selling to US clients and closing deals
- Strong English communication skills with neutral/minimal accent
- Experience targeting small to mid-sized companies is highly preferred
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Willing to work US business hours
- Open to candidates located anywhere in the Philippines
