Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and budget constraints
- Develop audience segmentation strategies to reach specific personas (e.g., healthcare/nursing professionals)
- Create and manage end-to-end mobile user acquisition campaigns, including targeting, ad creatives, landing pages, and app store optimization (ASO)
- Leads CRM and email marketing campaign efforts to establish automated email/SMS retargeting flows to re-engage users
- Build dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness and growth metrics
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends in healthcare app marketing
- Plan and manage SEM campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms. Paid Ads management
- Plan and execute performance-based campaigns across digital platforms (Google UAC, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase app downloads, usage, and engagement
- Participate in company branding and communication efforts while actively supporting activities that reinforce the organization’s culture and strengthen overall employer branding
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing with a strong focus on mobile app growth and brand communication
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling app install campaigns using Google UAC, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance (HIPAA) and sensitive audience targeting is a strong advantage
- Can work on a graveyard shift and full onsite in our office in Northgate Alabang
