QA/QC (Civil Engineer)

Over-all in-charged of quality of installations. Reports to the PM.
- Prepares quality plans.
- Inspects quality of delivery and installation and make sure they are according to material approval, Project Quality Plans and approved shop drawing.
- Liaise with main contractor in the masonry opening hand-over and make sure they are punch listed and accepted according to requirement.
- Leads all the site tests like bolt pull-out test, sealant adhesion test, site water/leak test and other test required in the project specification and contract.
- Attends quality control meetings.
- Issues NCR if delivery or installation is not according to Project Quality Plan.
- Responds to NCR and site observations issued to DIIC by client and its representatives.
- Leads a team to hand-over completed items.
- Maintains decent QA/QC files and monitoring logs.
