Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, and expanding market presence for broiler/dressed chicken products. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the poultry and food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and secure new clients such as wet markets, distributors, and retail buyers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
• Ensure proper collection of receivables and monitor outstanding accounts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the poultry industry
• Highly organized, dependable, and possesses strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork within CALABARZON
• Open to perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head
• Must be willing to stay on-site (farm) when necessary
• Preferably with own vehicle (gasoline expenses will be reimbursed by the company)
