Role Summary: Hola Coffee is rapidly expanding its footprint, and we are looking for a driven, highly organized Sales Specialist to fuel this growth. This role is focused on identifying potential clients, driving the sales process, and delivering strong, measurable results.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, a highly logical mindset, and a deep commitment to company guidelines.

  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively look for potential clients, identify new business opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. Provide top-tier service by promptly answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive, professional experience at every stage of the sales journey.
  • Project Execution & Deal Closing: Take full ownership of the sales process. Push projects forward efficiently, overcome objections, and secure successful agreements to achieve target results.
  • Diligent Follow-Up: Maintain a strong mind for follow-up. Execute daily tasks strictly according to the assigned to-do list, ensuring no potential client or operational detail slips through the cracks.
  • Event & Exhibition Representation: Actively participate in company-sponsored trade shows, industry expos (such as WOFEX), and promotional events. Represent the brand professionally and capture leads during these events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build professional, trustworthy relationships with clients while fiercely protecting the company's interests.
  • Strict Compliance: Act with absolute integrity. All daily operations, client interactions, and deal negotiations must be conducted strictly by Hola Coffee’s company rules and guidelines.
  1. Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Proven working experience in active Sales OR direct operational/sales experience within the coffee and milk tea industry.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication ability (both verbal and written). Must be able to pitch the Hola Coffee brand confidently, listen actively to client needs, and negotiate effectively.
  • Customer Service Mindset: Must be genuinely good at customer service—patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented when dealing with client inquiries or challenges.
  • Logical & Analytical Mind: Must possess a "strong logical mind" to analyze client needs, structure deals, and troubleshoot issues systematically.
  • Execution-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives on structured workflows and can independently execute a daily action plan without needing constant micro-management.
  • Character & Ethics: Must be deeply honest, transparent, and loyal to both Hola Coffee and its clients. A track record of professional integrity is non-negotiable.
  1. Working Environment & Expectations
  • Hybrid Work Nature: This role is primarily office-based, but requires regular fieldwork. The specialist must be prepared to go outside the office frequently for client visits, site inspections, and face-to-face negotiations.
  • Event Attendance: Mandatory attendance is required for any industry exhibitions, expos, or trade shows (e.g., WOFEX) that the company applies for and participates in.
  1. Compensation Structure
  • Basic Salary: Fixed monthly base to cover standard operational expectations.
  • Case Commission: Highly rewarding commission structure paid out per successful project/case closed, directly incentivizing high performance and continuous expansion.
