Drives and tracks problem and request tickets until closure. Coordinates with other support groups to ensure timely and efficient delivery and execution of IT support services to end-users at satisfactory level. Contributes to CI initiatives through providing feedback to Operations Support.
Additional ad hoc tasks may also be included in the job responsibilities depending on business need.

Basic Job Requirements
Education and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least two years of relevant IT and Level 2 BPO Service Desk operations work experience.
- Application Development and Enterprise Application Support.
- Willing to accept fresh graduates with advance programming skills
- SQL, Python, PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Canvass Apps, Sharepoint
- Knowledge of relevant call ticket tracking applications.
- Knowledge of supporting SAP, enterprise forecasting & planning tools (Primavera & Cobra) is an advantage but not required.
- Sound knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
- Must have proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have proven skills to communicate with customers, peers, cross-relational departments, and resources.
- Must be self-motivated with good initiative, ability to meet deadlines under pressure with time constraints.
- Proven experience with working cohesively with others in a team environment, skilled in collaboration and coordination with others.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- With strong inclination to learning and on-boarding new projects or initiatives.
- Highly dependable and reliable.
- Has strong customer service orientation.
- Has quick adaptability and flexibility.
- Skilled planner and structured worker.
