About the role
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team at Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation. This full-time role will be based in Sampaloc, Manila City, Metro Manila, and will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our thriving condominium business.
What you'll be doing- Assisting the Finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations
- Preparing and processing monthly condominium fee payments and maintenance fee collections
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts
- Generating financial reports and statements as required
- Supporting the preparation of tax filings and audits
- Providing excellent customer service to our residents and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth operations across the condominium
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting assistant role, preferably within the property management or real estate industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A keen interest in the real estate and property management industry
