Posted on 6 September 2025Purpose of the Position: Reporting to the General Accounting Manager, the Accounting Staff is responsible for a variety of accounting duties.
Duties and Responsibilities: Filing of documents
Monitor correspondence with project sites. Receive documents and distribute them to appropriate departments.Maintain schedule for bank deposits and other reports delegated.
Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
Secures financial information by completing regular database backups.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Guides site accounting by coordinating activities and answering questions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that are required from time to time.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relatedNo work experience is required
Ability to work unsupervised and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must have a good command of the English language, oral and written
Must have the ability to multi-task
A reliable professional who follows the organization and department procedures; and completes tasks promptly
Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
Must be amenable to work at Eastwood, Quezon City
