Insurance Agency Sales Officer

Join us as an Insurance Agency Sales Officer to be deployed in our Medical Division (Pacific Cross) Davao Branch.

Your role is to help grow the business by building and strengthening a network of agents who can effectively reach families and companies, ensuring they have access to comprehensive and trusted medical insurance products that genuinely meet their needs.

• Assigned Area: Mindanao
• Office Location: 2nd Floor, Left Wing, Door No. 6, Matina Town Square, MacArthur Highway, Matina, Davao City | 8:00 to 5:00 Mon-Fri

• Recruit, mentor, and inspire insurance agents, fostering collaboration and long-term growth.
• Visit agents in the field at least twice a week, building stronger relationships and ensuring territory sales targets are met.
• Drive business growth by focusing on product mix, expenses, profitability, and creative initiatives that maximize seasonality and sales potential.
• Enhance your coaching and mentoring skills through observation, feedback, and review meetings with agents, keeping detailed records of progress.
• Prepare sales reports and analyses to support strategic planning.
• Assist in organizing events, training, and promotional activities to support sales initiatives.

• At least 3 years of experience as an insurance agent with revenue targets (highly preferred).
• With existing agent/agency networks or established business relationships within the insurance sector.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially for group orientations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Willingness to do field work.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for helping others succeed.
