The Activations Assistant Manager will play a critical role in driving brand engagement and conversion by planning, overseeing, executing, and evaluating all trade and brand activation initiatives of the brand. The role will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external agencies to deliver seamless consumer experiences that elevate SharkNinja’s visibility and strengthen our in-store and on-ground presence.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end brand and trade activation campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and retail strategies.
  2. Lead the execution of store activations, roadshows, pop-ups, and trade events, ensuring on-time delivery and brand consistency.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) and external partners (agencies, vendors, promoters) to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs for each activation, analyzing ROI and consumer engagement to optimize future campaigns.
  5. Track and manage activation budgets, ensuring effective cost control and reporting.
  6. Support development of promotional and point-of-sale (POS) materials in collaboration with the trade and brand teams.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely reporting on activation performance, insights, and market feedback.
  8. Train and brief field teams, promoters, and event staff to deliver exceptional brand experiences.
  9. During lean seasons, extend assistance and supportive work to the Trade Marketing Asst. Manager in executing campaigns and initiatives as necessary.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Work Experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in: Brand activations, Trade marketing and Event/project management (Preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail sectors)
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Planning and executing BTL (below-the-line) marketing campaigns.
  • Working with field promoters, agencies, and retail partners.
  • Measuring campaign ROI and reporting post-activation results.
Technical Skills
  • Strong project management and event coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and/or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau is a plus).
  • Familiarity with POSM development, brand guidelines, and retail marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of sales data and how activations impact sell-out.
