We're Hiring: QA Assistant Manager (Content Mediation)

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Assistant Manager to lead content mediation quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will ensure content meets platform standards, manage quality control workflows, and drive continuous improvement in content moderation practices.

• Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines

• Role: QA Assistant Manager (Content Mediation)

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound and outbound telephone calls to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate daily operations and provide guidance to team members to meet performance targets.
• Lead the development and implementation of new solutions and projects to improve quality processes.
• Supervise lower-level specialists and ensure consistent application of quality assurance procedures.
• Manage a mixed team with full responsibility for the employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, and performance management.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year in leadership experience in quality assurance, preferably in a BPO environment (content moderation program).
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to develop and implement process improvements and quality initiatives.
• Experience in supervising teams and managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
