Café Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage staff, providing regular feedback to enhance customer service and foster loyalty.
• Train new hires and upskill existing team members to improve sales performance.
• Manage the POS system to ensure accurate and reliable data tracking.
• Oversee stock levels and inventory to maintain data accuracy in the POS system.
• Generate and analyze POS reports to identify sales trends and overall business performance.
• Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and staffing projections to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BS HRM) or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a café or restaurant.
• Tech-savvy and open to learning new cloud-based tools.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to implementing best practices for continuous improvement.

Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₱20,000
