About the Role

Ensure disciplined execution of product programs, pricing implementation, inventory coordination, operational control, and performance reporting within the retail business unit. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented operations leader who can keep programs compliant, data accurate, and branch execution well-coordinated.

What You Will Do
  • Break down approved product allocations into branch-level targets.
  • Monitor program compliance across branches, including pricing, bundles, mechanics, and documentation.
  • Maintain documentation for retail business unit programs, costing files, and pricing proposals.
  • Track product knowledge coverage, attendance, and program readiness requirements.
  • Ensure correct dealer pricing implementation and validate adherence to margin pricing policies.
  • Coordinate weekly with Material Planning for stock availability and replenishment.
  • Monitor inventory allocation and flag potential stock shortages or overstock risks.
  • Prepare and consolidate branch sales reports, performance tracking, and business review materials.
  • Consolidate field feedback from branches, area heads, and branch operations teams.
  • Ensure marketing collateral distribution and implementation for approved retail programs.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Automotive, or a related field.
  • Experience in retail operations, product administration, sales support, inventory coordination, or pricing compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage reports, documentation, and operational trackers.
  • Comfortable working with sales, branch, inventory, pricing, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Good analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, reporting, and performance tracking tools.
  • Automotive, retail, distribution, or dealership experience is an advantage.
