DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages and oversees all hotel departments such as (but not limited to): front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance and administration
- Develops and implements strategies to optimize hotel performance such as (but not limited to): revenue management, cost control and guest satisfaction
- Ensures compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
- Recruits, trains, and supervises hotel staff members to provide leadership and guidance to achieve operational excellence
- Monitors and analyzes financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve revenue targets and profitability
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the hotel premises
- Fosters a positive work environment and promotes teamwork among staff members
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborates with sales and marketing team to drive business growth and increase occupancy rates
- Stays informed on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to improve hotel offerings
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role, with a track record of success in achieving operational and financial goals
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in hospitality management
- Proficiency EDUCATION in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
