- Develop and curate new travel packages, tours, and experiences for a variety of customer segments
- Negotiate with suppliers, hotels, guides, and local vendors to secure quality services at competitive rate
- Maintain and update existing products to ensure relevance, quality, and profitability
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling product descriptions, itineraries, and promotional materials
- Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity to optimize offerings
- Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and assist with sales support when needed
- Ensure all products meet legal, safety, and ethical standards, including sustainability goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in product development, business development, or related role.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience in travel, tourism, or service industry is an advantage.
