Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field id required for this position.
• Knowledgeable in PNL, LSM and people management.
• Ability to interview , hire and train staff
• Strategic planning ,execution, expertise in business development and opening new business channel
• Excellent verbal and written communication and proposal writing skills
• Excellent report generation, presentation, analysis and report interpretation skills
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to manage new project within the speculated timelines.
• Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards
• Ability to handle pressure from management and staff and can work long hours
• Ability to coordinate ,priorities and execute multiple task and teams.
