MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL

Qualifications :

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems is an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
• Experience as Maintenance in a Wooden Furniture Manufacturing is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with tools, equipment, and basic building systems (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
• Experience working in commercial, residential, or industrial facilities is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and procedures.
• Capable of reading blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
